Here’s an interesting revenue enhancement program

If you’ve been reading me for a while, you know that I view the various sorts of law enforcement “crackdowns” as nothing more than thinly disguised attempts to bring in more money to our government, rather than sincere attempts to protect the public. Usually, these actions revolve around the roads, with speeding crackdowns among the favorites.

I guess that motorists aren’t generating enough revenue these days. Boaters beware.
