Doddering Chris Dodd fingers George W. Bush as the person responsible for the BP oil spill.
This only adds to his record of responsibility for events such as the Great Plague, Tulip Mainia, World Wars I & II, the death of Marilyn Monroe, James Dean’s wreck and Hurricane Katrina.
If the man lives long enough, he’ll be implicated in the death of the dinosaurs–just so oil could be created in the first place.
