I’m not impressed with either man named Roosevelt who has been President of these United States (although I’ll admit to a soft spot for old Theodore, when he was carrying that big stick of his).
But saying that you didn’t like FDR is equated right up there with denouncing Motherhood and Apple Pie. Why, to lift a line from the Alabama tune, “Mr. Roosevelt was gonna save us all”–right?
Maybe it’s just me, but he had a strange way of going about doing it.
