The Tea Party Express has apparently sold out, with chaircritter Amy Kremer announcing that they would support whoever the GOP presidential nominee is, even it it was Mitt “Romneycare” Romney, because they want to beat Obama so bad.
How stupid is it when you want to replace Obama v1 with Obama v0.9?
I'd say it is significantly less stupid than guaranteeing Obama v1 for 4 more. If the Tea Party fav can't beat Romney, etal in the Repub primary – there's no way in "h-e-double hockey sticks" they will beat the Repub nominee AND Obama in the general. Its not selling out. It is a realization of whom the more vicious enemy is.
