But a victory none the less. A 3 judge panel of the US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a ruling that a California ban on magazines that hold over 10 rounds is unconstitutional.
Of course, this is going to be appealed to the full 9th Circuit and then likely to the US Supreme Court.
People in CA have a few hours to order standard capacity magazines before AG Becerra gets a stay of the Three Judge Panel's opinion, pending an appeal to the full 9th circuit. Get them while you can people.
Colorado's ban recently got upheld. I'd like to see this go to SCOTUS, so that a win will make a repeal in CO more likely. Given how wishy-washy Roberts is, I won't hold my breath.
