(Via Rantingly)
I have never had to be a leader under morbid circumstances, a fact for which I’m thankful. But I have been a leader, and I’ve given considerable thought to the questions “What makes a good leader?” and “How can I be a good leader?”
I’m probably going to have to read this (more?) than a few times, but just on a first reading there is a lot in here that any leader can put to good use.
Tremendous read.
