Really? Somehow, given Fearless Leader’s previous statements on energy policy (his love of “alternative” energy sources and desire for carbon taxes), I doubt this explanation. Sounds more to me like he was making sure that the disaster didn’t go to waste. Got to accomplish those Great Things, don’tcha know.
