The Ruling class wants more of your money, since they can’t seem to figure out how to hold down expenses. (Because sticking to their constitutional mandates is so not an option to these people.)
Oddly enough, buying things on the Intertubz is still usually tax free, despite the wailings of Ruling Class members across the country. And with a bit of careful shopping and planning you can get free shipping most of the time, even on large, heavy items. Plus you don’t have to deal with surly clerks and obnoxious fellow shoppers. The faster we starve the beast, the sooner it dies.
