For Mother’s Day, we left Mom alone for a change (which suited her just fine). Daughter is working at her summer job, and Son and I decided a little trap shooting, kinda-sorta, was a good way to get out of Mom’s hair for 2-3 hours. We didn’t practice any of the multiple disciples of the sport; we just shot from a single station at relatively straight-away targets. Son is just getting into shotguns and I am a confirmed long gun guy, so this is enough challenge, thanks.
Our best strings were 5 straight for Son and 7 straight for me. We are both insufferably pleased with ourselves.
